LAKE Data Management B.V. processes personal data in the context of our services. Naturally we handle the personal data of customers, prospects, leads and website visitors as safely and carefully as possible. THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
When using our website www.lakedatamanagement.com or www.lakedatamanagement.nl and using our products and services, we obtain certain information from you. That may be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested (for example via the contact form or signing up for our newsletter), via cookies or of which it is clear that it is provided to us in order to process. We will not use your personal data for other purposes, unless you have given your prior consent or we may or must do so under the law or the agreement. To provide you with the best possible service, LAKE Data Management B.V. can process personal data for the following purposes:

Except for legal requirements to that end in legislation and regulations, access to the personal data is only available to those who are responsible for managing the customer base and/or those who are involved in the processing of personal data or who are necessarily involved, including employees.

LAKE Data Management B.V. uses the following online tools: Google Analytics and Jetpack. These online tools are used, among other things, to analyse the surfing behaviour of website visitors, to collect website statistics and to send newsletters to you. The above parties such as Facebook have their own privacy statement and therefore bear their own responsibility.

STORAGE TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy and cookie statement.  

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
It is important that your personal data is processed in a secure manner. That is why our servers are equipped with security software. In addition, we only send your data via a secure internet connection (“https”).

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES
We treat your personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data that we collect via our website to third parties for the direct marketing purposes of these parties. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless you have given prior permission for this, this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement or we may or must do so on the basis of the law or the agreement to do.
